Reporting Requirements
All employers under OSHA jurisdiction must
report certain incidents to OSHA, even employers who are exempt from routinely
keeping OSHA records due to company size or industry. Certain types of workplace accidents and injuries must be reported to OSHA within a specific time frame. OSHA imposes employer reporting requirements
that dictate:
