Compliance Quick Start
New and small businesses may
familiarize themselves with OSHA rules, regulations, and standards through an
interactive tool known as "Quick Start." The OSHA Compliance Quick Start feature is a step-by-step guide that helps small and new
businesses identify many of the major OSHA requirements and guidance materials
that may apply to their workplaces. The guide consists of three modules: General Industry, Construction Industry, and Health Care Industry.
Note: The "Quick Start" feature is not comprehensive. There may be additional OSHA standards and guidance
materials that also apply to your business. In addition, if you are in a state with an OSHA-approved
state program, you are subject to state
occupational safety and health regulations that may have more stringent or
supplemental requirements. These state programs also provide compliance
assistance services. Please contact your state program for additional
information.
