Plan Development, Testing & Exercises

After completing a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and developing Recovery Strategies, you have the information you need to develop your Business Continuity Plan. The Business Continuity Plan is a written strategy that identifies the threats and risks your business may face during an emergency, ensuring that your personnel and business assets remain preserved. Successful completion of the Business Continuity Plan requires plan development, so that the plan can then be subject to testing to see if it works.
