Helping Disabled Employees Evacuate

If an employee has identified himself or herself as an individual with a disability and requested assistance in advance, then prior to and during an emergency, ensure that a designated manager is responsible for working with the employee to understand exactly what kind of assistance is required and ensure that such assistance is deployed during an emergency.
